Our client is currently seeking a Project CoordinatornChicago, ILnHybridnnDirect HirennThis job will have the following
Responsibilities:
nProvide project coordination activities in support of our facilities buildouts nSeek to improve and automate support processes to increase the efficiency and accuracy nProvide support for the onboarding / offboarding process for all Firm new hires and departures nSupport key operational procedures such as Change Management, Inventory Management and Problem Management nKeep all knowledge base and other supporting documentation current and accurate nAssist in tracking that all agreed upon services are met / exceeded with our Managed Service provider Policy/Procedure ManagementnPerform operational administration and maintain standard operating procedures, processes and guidelines nAutomate analysis, administration and remediation procedures, workflows and tasks nMaintain key process documentation and audit evidence nAssist in the execution of the infrastructure audit processes Reporting nResponsible for reporting and escalation within provided toolsets.
Create, track and escalate ServiceNow tickets for remediation.
Develop and regularly report on metrics.
nProduce key capacity and KPI metrics and reports nMaintain and update monthly and quarterly operational metrics reports nDeliver all reports within agreed timeframes with a focus on accuracy and detail nnnQualifications &a; Requirements:
nBachelor's degrees within computer science or information systems / security n2
years of experience supporting information technology operations preferably at a financial services firm nHighly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills nExpertise and demonstrated knowledge in modern end user support systems.
Experience with ServiceNow, NinjaRMM, ADManager
and SCCM are preferred.
nExceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills nResults oriented with a high level of personal accountability nDemonstrates communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment nBusiness acumen to understand the impact IT security and technology has on business outcomes nDelivery oriented with high quality and customer service standards.
